The PROTEC.class PHLAK2524GR main cable branch terminal is a high-quality, single-pole terminal designed for the safe connection and distribution of cables in low-voltage installations. The PROTEC.class PHLAK2524GR enables the main cable to be clearly split into up to four branch cables. The terminal is designed for conductor cross-sections of 1.5 to 25 mm² on the input side and 1.5 to 16 mm² on the output side.

Thanks to its stackable design and mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail, the main cable branch terminal can be used in a space-saving manner in distribution boards and meter installations. The terminal block is suitable for solid, multi-strand, fine-strand and ultra-fine-strand conductors.

High-quality materials and robust construction

The terminal block is made of tin-plated brass and ensures a reliable electrical connection. The terminal screws are made of galvanised steel. The insulated housing, made of impact-resistant, flame-retardant and halogen-free polyamide, offers additional protection and features a child-resistant design.

The terminal block has two screws per clamping point. The screws feature a Pozidriv Z2 combination slot. The rounded corners ensure a compact and installation-friendly design.

Installation and connection

The PROTEC.class PHLAK2524GR is mounted on a 35 mm mounting rail in accordance with EN 50022 / EN 60715. The main conductor can be connected with a cross-section of 1.5 to 25 mm². Conductor cross-sections of 1.5 to 16 mm² are provided for the four branch conductors.

The recommended tightening torque is 2.5 Nm for the main cable and 2 Nm for the branch cables. The required strip length is 16 mm.
