1 **Essential features**
PVC cable trunking and associated accessories are manufactured from PVC raw material of class M1 (non-combustible).
2 **UV light resistance**
After exposure to 300 W UV light for 28 days, PVC trunking and accessories showed no change in colour or appearance.
3 **Colours**
PVC cable trunking and accessories are available in the colour RAL 9016.
4 **Resistance to acid vapour**
PVC cable trunking and accessories were exposed to hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid vapours for 3 hours. No change in surface or colour was observed after this period.
5 **Cold and heat resistance**
PVC cable trunking and accessories were subjected to thermal tests at temperatures of -40 °C and +60 °C for 72 hours. No cracks, swelling, flaking or deformation occurred.
6 **Fire resistance / burning behaviour**
The burning behaviour of PVC cable trunking and accessories was classified as VO in accordance with UL 94.
7 **Colourability**
The colourability of the samples was tested with water- and solvent-based dyes. It was found that the samples could be coated with both types of colours.
