Corrugated pipe

The corrugated plastic conduit offers reliable protection and efficient bundling of electrical cables in various industries such as the automotive industry, mechanical and plant engineering, shipbuilding and medical technology. It is used to enable flexible connections to peripheral devices and can also be used as installation conduit. In addition to electrical installations, corrugated conduit is also used in geothermal energy and heat exchangers. Thanks to its corrugated structure, it improves heat exchange and reduces the flow rate, which increases efficiency. In solar systems, the corrugated pipe ensures the safe transport of pumped media, but must be larger in order to minimise pressure loss. The corrugated pipe also provides mechanical protection for underfloor heating and water pipe installations. Metal bellows in the corrugated pipe compensate for axial offsets and thermal expansion and decouple vibrations in pipework and shaft connections. The corrugated plastic pipe thus guarantees maximum flexibility and efficiency in demanding applications.
