HAGER ZB42S Counter cabinet univ.Z IP44
The univers Z meter cabinet with dimensions of 1250x550x205 mm offers 192 space units (PLE) and is designed for meter distribution systems up to 355 A at 230/400 V (50 Hz). The housing complies with the DIN VDE 0603-1 standard and the DIN 43870 dimensional standard and is suitable for surface, flush or partially recessed mounting.
The degree of protection is IP31 (optionally IP44/IP54 to DIN VDE 0470-1), behind the door IP3X. The enclosure is insulated in accordance with protection class II. The enclosure is made of 1 mm thick, robustly profiled, powder-coated sheet steel, the inner lining is made entirely of plastic.
The cable entries are ensured by plastic flange plates at the top and bottom as well as by lateral plastic flange plates in the area of the NAR (busbar bushing), RfZ (only for installation height ≥ 1100 mm) and AAR. There is also a pre-embossing on the rear of the plastic part.
The flush-mounted door has internal, adjustable hinges and can be hinged on the right or left. The door opening angle is 110°. From a height of 1250 mm - as in this model - a rod lock with three-point locking is integrated. The door lock can be replaced by other locking systems.
The enclosure can be flanged side by side and on top of each other and is available in 1 to 5 bay versions with 72 to 540 PLE.
Note: A connection kit (accessory) is required to connect several enclosures. In the AAR area, the plastic flange plate can be removed and an optional SCHUKO or CEE socket outlet inserted.
