HAGER ZB23S Counter cabinet univ.Z IP44
The univers Z meter cabinet with the dimensions 950x800x205 mm and 216 space units (PLE) is suitable for meter distribution systems up to 355 A. The housing complies with the DIN VDE 0603-1 and DIN 43870 standards and is designed for surface-mounted, flush-mounted or partially recessed installation.
The sturdy enclosure housing is made of 1 mm thick, powder-coated sheet steel with a baked-on surface, the inner lining is made entirely of plastic. The degree of protection is IP31 (optionally IP44/IP54 in accordance with DIN VDE 0470-1), IP3X applies behind the door. Protection class II ensures protective insulation.
Plastic flange plates are integrated at the top and bottom for cable entry. The enclosure also has lateral flange plates in the area of the NAR (for busbar bushing), the RfZ (only from a height of 1100 mm) and the AAR. There are also knockouts at the rear.
The flush-mounted door is fitted with internal, adjustable hinges and can be hinged either on the right or left. The door opening angle is 110°. The door is locked using a sash lock, for widths from 800 mm - as in this model - using a rod lock with three-point locking. The lock can be replaced by other systems.
The cabinets can be flanged side by side and on top of each other and are available in versions with 72 to 540 PLE.
Note: A connection kit (accessory) must always be used for cabinet-cabinet connections. In the AAR area, the plastic flange plate can be removed and a SCHUKO or CEE socket outlet can be installed as an option.
